The “Fleur de Sel” that we have selected for you is from the salt marshes of Guérande. It is harvested in the traditional way with artisanal gestures inherited from traditions and passed down from generation to generation.
Our sea salt consists of small crystals that form on the surface of water. Delicate and of unmatched quality, it is carefully picked from the surface of the water and is also called “à fleur d’eau” which gives it its name, then simply drained and dried in the sun. This is a genuine product completely free of all additives.
Its flavour and unique texture compliments all dishes. Savour it as a finish to top meat, salads, “Foie Gras” or simply on a slice of buttered bread.
