These general sales conditions govern the contractual relationship between the parties, exclusively for any order placed by the customer via our website: www.kingdomfinefoods.com

ARTICLE 2.

All information and details on the type of products offered for sale, their characteristics, packaging and prices listed on the site are the basis for the contractual relations between the parties, and upon ordering the customer agrees to these general sales conditions.

Any promotion, offer or special conditions indicated on the site benefit the client if he expressly chooses to benefit from them.

ARTICLE 3.

The offers on the website are valid for the period of time they are present online.
They can be modified at any time.

ARTICLE 4.

After placing his order, the buyer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the placed order which will include all the data of the order.
The registration of the order will be considered as evidence of the sale and the date thereof.

After confirming the order and confirmation of payment, the company Business Creation Group Ltd. undertakes to deliver the ordered products during business hours, Tuesday to Friday.

ARTICLE 5.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to take delivery of the products ordered by him, to pay the price of the products and all their transportation costs.

ARTICLE 6.

The company Business Creation Group Ltd. guarantees that the products have been the subject of all necessary care in order for them to comply with their description on the website.

The customer is solely responsible for the preservation and use of products after delivery.

All orders being for personal consumption, the customer may in no case sell or resell these products in whole or in part.

ARTICLE 7.

The prices for the products offered on the website include VAT. These prices will be incremented by delivery shipping costs.

The company Business Creation Group Ltd. reserves itself the right to change prices in case of exceptional events independent of its will.

ARTICLE 8.

The payment of the invoice will be made before delivery, online on the website in a secure manner by credit card or by wire transfer.

All card payments are processed by Ingenico Solutions e-commerce, which is a certified payment service provider.

ARTICLE 9.

All orders will be honored as long as products are in stock.

Otherwise, the customer will be informed within 24 hours and will then have the right to cancel the order or to exchange the products concerned.

ARTICLE 10.

The delivery will only be made upon approval of our bank of the payment of the order.

In case of refusal, the customer will be notified and the order will be canceled.

ARTICLE 11.

The choice of mode of transport and shipping is the responsibility of www.fedex.com and will be made to the address specified by the customer.

The delivery will be made during opening hours Tuesday to Friday.

In case of absence, a notice will be given in order to fix another appointment.

The company Business Creation Group Ltd. shall under no circumstances be held liable for any deterioration of the product due to the late receipt of a package due to the absence of a customer or of the person authorized to receive it; similarly in case of wrongfully supplied address information.

Any discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours.

ARTICLE 12.

The delivered products are the subject to most rigorous treatments before packing and shipment which takes place under conditions designed to guarantee their perfect preservation.

If a package has been visibly damaged, it must be noted upon delivery and be officially recorded on the delivery driver’s relevant form.

If damage is found inside the package, a complaint must be made urgently in writing to the Company Creation Business Group Ltd. through info@kingdomfinefoods.com and at the latest within 24 hours.

The same applies if goods are missing, and in that case the company Creation Business Group Ltd. must be notified within 24 hours.

In all cases, it is desirable that the client controls the contents of the packages as they arrive and in the presence of the carrier.

After verification and investigation within its own services, the company Creation Business Group Ltd. guarantees to send the missing goods.

ARTICLE 13.

In accordance with legal regulations including the European Directive 97/7 of 20 May 1997 on distance contracts, the customer has from the delivery, 14 days to return the package in its original packaging , unopened, with unbroken seals and in perfect condition for exchange or refund, return costs being borne by the customer.

Perishable goods cannot be returned.

ARTICLE 14.

If the customer is not satisfied, the company Creation Business Group Ltd. will refund the product or products in case of impaired quality.

In this case, the customer must immediately return the package to the company Creation Business Group Ltd. for verification.

This does not apply to taste, but mainly the quality of the product compared to its specificities.

Canned products must be stored in a cool, dry place.

Perishable products or semi-preserved, must be refrigerated between 0 ° and + 4 °, upon receipt.

No returns or replacement, or refund, will be accepted after expiry of the use-by date

Any refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

ARTICLE 15.

These are governed by Maltese law, and in particular the European Directive 97/7 / EC of 20 May 1997, as it was incorporated into Maltese law (Distance Selling Regulations LN 186/01 Consumer Act Chapter 378 1 / 01/2002).

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or enforcement of these will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Valletta (Malta).
