Standard shipping is refrigerated priority parcel conveyed by FedEx. Delivery is made within 24 hours to most destinations and within 48 hours to more remote locations.

All items on our online shop are in stock, unless otherwise clearly indicated, and will be shipped as soon as possible; usually within 0-2 business days. In the rare event that an item is falsely showing as in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund of the product or the entire order.

You will be able to track your delivery online once it has been sent. Normal delivery is around noon the day after the order, if the order is placed before 13:00 CET.

The automatic monitoring will also give you an estimated delivery time window.

When you order, you are responsible for the receipt of your package at delivery. In case nobody is available at the delivery address to receive the package, FedEx will attempt to deliver again the following day.

Deliveries are made Tuesday through Friday. However, to guarantee the freshness of our products when ordering, no delivery is recorded on Friday if the delivery time is 24 hours or Thursday if the delivery time is 48 hours. These orders are shipped the following Monday. The same is observed in case of holidays or long weekends.
