At Kingdom Fine Foods you always have a 14 day right of returning the goods you have received. The goods must be returned in the same state and quantity as they were received. For hygienic safety reasons, they cannot be used or opened.
If you wish to return a product, please contact [email protected] within the 14 days of delivery. We can then send you a waybill to ensure that the package is returned safely and correctly.
Note that the customer is solely responsible for the cost, integrity and completion of the return shipping. The package should always be sent with priority and a tracking number if returned without the use of our waybill.
Upon return, the goods and shipping cost will be refunded to the original account.
Due to the perishable nature of chilled goods, please be aware that we cannot accept any returns of products that are sent chilled or frozen. Nor can we accept any returns where the protective seal is broken.

An order is placed once you have confirmed the payment, and an order confirmation is sent to the supplied e-mail address. All prices on www.kingdomfinefoods.com are displayed including all VAT and other taxes. A shipping cost will be applied to orders under 200€. The cost and type of shipping depends on the products, and will be clearly visible before confirming the order.
Payments through www.kingdomfinefoods.com are confidential and secure. There are no additional charges connected with the card payments we offer.
All card payments are handled by Ingenico e-Commerce Solutions, who is a certified payment service provider. All items on our site are in stock, unless otherwise clearly stated, and will be shipped as soon as possible; usually within 0-2 working days.
The standard shipping is a chilled priority package with FedEx. This delivery takes less than 24 hours to most locations and 48 hours to more remote locations. You will be able to track the delivery online once it is sent from us.
The normal delivery is around noon the day after placing the order, if placed before 13:00 CET. The automatic tracking will also give you an estimated delivery window.
Please note that packages are delivered Monday-Friday. In order to ensure the freshness of your order, we do not ship anything on Fridays. These orders are instead shipped Monday ( or the following working day).
When placing your order, you are responsible for receiving your package when it is delivered. In the event that no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, FedEx will attempt to deliver it again the following day. Due to the perishable nature of chilled products, we cannot ensure its freshness if the delivery is delayed by the recipient more than 48 hours.
In the rare case that a package should arrive in a damaged or unsatisfactory state, please ask the courier to note it on the waybill and send a picture of the problem along with a brief description to [email protected]. This way we will be able to send you a new package immediately and have the damaged package returned to us in the most efficient manner.
